M19219- Greenville Farm
At the Greenville Farm, students are focused on agronomic research in corn, soybeans, cotton, wheat, grain sorghum, and other crops. The research is important because it allows us the opportunity to provide local, unbiased and scientifically sound data to the producers of Northeast Texas. Our research will help producers make crucial decisions regarding varietal selection, fertilizer inputs, weed control, insect management, plant disease management and field preparation. In addition, educational opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students are provided. Students will learn multiple crops, crop protection, management practices, research techniques and equipment technology.
