High School students around northeast Texas had a chance to showcase their knowledge of history. Among these historical depictions were: black history, industrial revolution, women's rights history, sports, space, aviation, Egyptian history, and much more. In our ver own Rayburn Student Center, these high school students presented their projects through presentations while being critiqued by college-level academics. The ending ceremony presented the winners of their respected category with first, second, and third places. The university faculty not only praised the winners but all of the high school participants.
